Here are the advantages you have our HVAC Maintenance Plan for: Heating Equipment to 240,000 btu and Electric Cooling Equipment to 60,000btu for home or business. *Oil fired equipment excluded from maintenance plans at this time.
Our Maintenance Plan includes annual inspections, cleaning, testing, recording, insurance for equipment failures and additional discount savings.
Maintenance Plan Features:
You receive priority service: if your equipment breaks down, it gets immediate attention and is moved to the front of the service queue.
Savings on parts and labor: meaning you will receive discounts off normal charged part and labor costs, policy holders receive these discount prices.
Our plan includes limited overtime charges for after-hours during weekdays and weekends; meaning you won’t be charged overtime labor during these times!
With the Performance Plan, there will be no emergency overtime labor charges on work weekdays until 10p, excluding holidays. There will also be no emergency overtime charges for Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., excluding holidays. Additionally, we also offer with this plan, convenient Saturday maintenance service if needed, please allow 2 hours for completion of the task.
Your equipment information, test results and other related info will be recorded and kept in your file.
Service or new Add-on equipment such as: Hot Water Tanks, Humidifiers, Germicidal Lamps, Dehumidifiers, Air Exchangers can also be added with your plan at discount costs.
Your plan is good for one year from date of plan and renewed with your authorization.
Performance Maintenance Plan: With our plan you will also receive a 10% discount on parts and labor for equipment repairs.
You’ll receive a 5% discount by combining heating and cooling plans for the seasons.
You will also receive a 2.5% discount off estimate for new equipment after three or more continuous years.
The known facts of paying for annual equipment service benefits are straight forward. Keeping your equipment clean and properly adjusted keeps your equipment running at its best. With our Maintenance Plan, we test the equipment components to verify they are operating to manufacture specs, and if they are starting to decline to the point where it may cause an issue when it’s needed! These test results are kept stored in your file so our technicians can review past results, giving us and you a timeline and rate of failure! That alone could save on repair costs as one part may affect other parts and cause those to have premature failure due to the decline performance of a part.
